Subject: Notes Shared Login failed with this ID file
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Error Message
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.1
Reproducible: Always

I am trying to setup NSL for our new windows 7 environment and am continually getting the following error when logging onto another machine after enabling NSL "Notes Shared Login failed with this ID file".
We are currently using a sync script that copies the notes data files around with the user, but from what I understand this ID file is no longer required. We are also using Windows roaming profiles and the users are managed by Active Directory.
I have read numerous posts saying I should use the ID vault to get around this error but I think I need more details on exactly what the ID vault is meant to be doing here..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
